While picking up groceries at Sunrise Mart, I got the jones for a snack. They were out of one of my favorites - 'happy turns', a rice cracker with a sweet/salty powdery coating that manages to hit the spot. I decided to take a risk and try something new. KA-RU (how Japanese people would pronounce curl). It is a corn puff, think Cheetoh puffs texture, that is shaped like a curl and comes in different flavors. This bag just so happens to be clam chowder. And it is delicious. Go and pick up a bag. But something tells me that this won't be the next Lay's flavor.
